Following a major upgrade to IOSH’s internal systems, including their new membership database and training provider portal, significant technical faults have been identified. These issues are impacting several core functions that training providers rely on, including the ability to register delegates, declare results and most critically, issue certificates.
IOSH has publicly confirmed that the system problems have directly affected their ability to generate and dispatch certificates for completed courses. While learners are still able to complete their training, certification cannot be issued at this time.
